Service Description

Experience personalized 1:1 sessions focusing on both classical and contemporary reformer Pilates movements. These workouts are designed to strengthen your mobility, flexibility, and confidence through mindful, tailor-made class plans suited for all skill levels.


Cancellation Policy

Please remember 2-3 sessions per week are recommended to see results physically and internally. I am currently only taking new clients that will commit to 2 days minimum per week at least for 4 weeks.
